i continue to meditate...but i have a hard time paying attention to breathing..
but i hear... that is hard...it takes a lot of practice...and kindness to self...

meditation again...my guy zinn says all you have to do ...
is pay attention to breathing...to calm the brain
i still shake and breath fast and cry and shout...
but i think meditation is helping some even now...

The internal emotion makes it hard to to observe breathing without having to over focus.
Today, my meditation encouraged me to focus on the emotion without judgement.

Meditation is difficult for us, I feel.
I think (hope) it will bring greater peace...

I gave up benzos little turtle, I slowly tapered off all my other psych meds too. I feel much better without them.

Little Turtle, does your meditative practice allow you to focus only on the breathing?
