It must have sucked if other Experts did not appreciate you grrrrr. Maybe some of them don't appreciate anyone (unless they feed them in the ''correct'' way...)

I am full of crap too, but so is everyone sometimes Why do you put yourself down little turtle? Because They Train you to, its ''safer'' to put self down sometimes. But this is full of crap what I just said

I want to learn more assertiveness.
I feel that would be helpful..
Does anyone on the bus have any tips?

Much respect to you and all on the bus
Tips for assertiveness? Wondering if our snakes may have wisdom to share? Other than that, idk.. I think its an old term which the mu actually used but she misused ''assertiveness''... I think she was doing something else not assertiveness...

there is one ''technique'' which is to (edit) …(I can tell you in a PM) she used that I guess in some contexts it could be helpful, I've never used it.

Much respect to you and all on the bus

Assertiveness does not come naturally to me. Also, I was not raised to be assertive.
I did manage to develop a capability to act assertive in some contexts.
Time and infirmities have greatly eroded that capacity.
I do better being assertive in writing than in speech.

Your truth sounds similar to my own Rohag...

I have previously been advised to make statement starting "I think" or "I feel"
