just now i went into my room...shut the door...going to meditate...
i started shaking and breathing fast....i was mad/sad/shaking...
i just let it come out...i am trying to do this rather than upping my drugs...
mostly upset with my wife...we have so many problems that are coming out now...
this virus thing is something else...

I have been meditating and trying to stay occupied.
That helps with the panic attacks...

When resting (and i need lots of rest) the panic races through me imitating the virus....

I was wondering, a question for all on the bus.

Do you think each day what do I want from my life and what kind of relationship do I want with my friends. and/or husband/wife etc. I do not. I guess that's because I try to accept people who are friends as is. Unless they violate an obvious boundary with disrespect which my friends do not. But I did make a thread where I specified exactly what I did NOT want

I've been trying it more lately as well. I do not have many benzos at the moment I think the deep breathing is helping.

Do you have a garden? Papa bear finds being outside in the garden very helpful.

Maybe we can post more about deep breathing. There are a couple of deep breathing exercises I can post about tomorrow hopefully.

Deep Breathing/Diaphragmatic Breathing: I do not practice this regularly, but I know how to do it. If I am already somewhat relaxed, deep breathing can reinforce my short-term feeling of calm. If I am stressed beyond a certain point, deep breathing either just won't help or escapes my mind altogether.

Thinking about Relationships: What I want from established relationships almost never comes to mind.

I have used many meditations which include deep breathing. I find them helpful.

As long as others respect me, I am happy to take everyone AS IS.

I kinda reflect every now and then, but it's not a daily habit or a habit at all really...maybe only with my hubby as I need a decent environment in which to live everyday. I dunno.

Also, I hope that wasn't triggering. I actually missed your post. Could you link it here so I don't trigger you?
