i am not sure about this meditation thing...
when i am disturbed i have real fits... i have shaking anger... i have sobbing sadness... i am pretty emotional and sensitive... i think i need to open that up not shut it down... they said a long time ago...at the mental hospital... the persons that were real quiet didn't tend to go home... my thinking here could really be screwed up... |
