Yay - I think (I hope that's a relief for you).

I'm glad you're safe and here!

I hope you feel better. Maybe there are alternatives that are safer for you than what you've went through. If no one has taught you coping skills, maybe you can try finding a safe T or group to do coping skills with.

I don't know if there's a forum on PC that you can see how coping skills can be used or shared, which might help you. It's just an option.
