I have not been able to move on even in the slightest, this happened a week ago from this post. I dont have anything to say rather than that, its got me feeling really upset, I don’t know how to deal with what I am going through. My grandma also passed away two months ago, who i loved very much and had been a huge part of my life. I have not been able to cope, im overwhelmed by my mind at the moment, thank you for reading.

OMG!! Of course you are overwhelmed! That is HORRID! Do you see a counselor or someone who can help you? That is a ton of grief to manage.

Bless your heart, I am so sorry this happened!

I am so very sorry for your losses. Two at one time is just too, too much. Do you have a therapist by any chance? If so, maybe make an appointment and see if you can get some help from him or her.

Life is too short. It ends like that. And then we have to deal with it. So hard. Take care of yourself. Try to reach out, like you did here. Try not to isolate too much. Sending you positive vibes and prayers.

My condolences on your losses. Here's a link to DocJohn's article, from PC's archives, on coping with grief & loss. The article provides links to a number of additional articles on the subject:
