I am making this thread for all who feel that they cope better with their depression when they have set a goal/goals to work for now or the next day. If you fail your goal that is OK. Nobody needs to know, but if you want to tell about if you reached your goal/-s or not, that is OK as well. The thread is meant for your wellbeing from day to day.

I hope to not stay here for a long time (because I hope to get control over my SAD soon), but you don't need me to be able to continue to use it.

All are welcome!

I am sitting here at 3 o'clock Greenwich time (or CET American). I have been sitting here since 6 o'clock (Greenwich t) this morning. (I did the same yesterday and the day before). I have not had my dinner for the two last days. I feel some sort of relief now that I have made myself known again here at PC and I feel a little bit of hope.

My first goals to reach today:

- Make dinner
- Eat it while looking at Netflix
- Force myself to take a shower.

Best greeting to all who want to use this thread!

Tomorrow my most important goal for my mental health are:

- Use "light-lamp" together with my breakfast.
- Make a shopping list for the groceries.
- Rest more.
- Go to gym.
- Rest and eat after gym.
- Go shopping.
- Eat out.
- Make a list for the rest of the day after that.

(daily structure usually helps me)

Best greetings to all who want to use this thread!

Thank you! It is so good to know that! I have been thinking about you as well. Hope you feel life is a little better.

I don't think I will stay for so long. I'm here only to push myself over the bump (my SAD). It is good to have a place where one can come back if needed.

Good hopes for you, Desiree!

For me tomorrow:
  • Clean
  • Shopping (be sure not to forget anything!)
  • Get bike riding in, if it does not rain
  • Was going to go out for a walk downtown or
  • Watch a movie if it rains
  • Would like to make a way to get together with someone at night if I could
For Sunday:
  • Laundry
  • Would like to go to a church but I haven't found one I like

Monday will be a hard day for me with regard to taking care of my health. I have signed up as volunteer. That work will make me tired, so I think the best thing to do is to eat out.

Step by step I will do this to take care of my health:

- Up early
- Breakfast with "Sun-lamp"
- Fill the dishwasher
- Shower
- Drive to the center
- Food
- Do volunteer work
- Dinner at a cheap restaurant
- Buy Christmas presents
- Drive home
- Buy some fruit
- REST

I hope this plan will be OK for me to deal with!

Good wishes for all the users here!

I continue here. I don't want to go back to "the accountability thread". That thread became too difficult for me as time passed ... (By the way, the "accountability thread" was never started by me. So when my name appears under the last "new accountability thread", that means that whoever updated the thread chose the wrong name on the starter. I don't like that I was given the honor of having started a thread that was started by somebody else).

Tomorrow I will start the morning early, use "sun-lamp" while eating breakfast. Then comes morning gymnastics and so a walk in the park.

After the walk in the park I will take my vitamins and then make a written plan for myself about how to organize the rest of my day so there will be a balance between rest and activity that is good for me.

Good wishes for all the users here!
