This is the name of the PsychCentral podcast’s episode broadcasted on October, 10th.

The truth is that I didn’t know where to post this thread.

It’s being pretty interesting for me and I wanted to share with other people who suffer Perfectionism. The Dr. who intervenes in the episode also worked on the solutions and how to approach the problem many people struggle because they feel not good enough.

Wow this is a good podcast episode! Thank you for sharing it. I also listened to the PC podcast on Ghosting.
