I start feeling depressed again. Whenever I go out and do something nice for me? I start feeling depressed who make me feel really down which lead into anxiety attack which cause me to have the fight and flight experience. Are there any coping skills for feeling depressed?

Here are links to 7 articles, from PC's archives, that offer tips for coping with depression as well as improving one's mental health in general. The seventh link is to an article that is targeted towards teens. And it is perhaps likely that's not you. But as I read down the list I don't see anything that couldn't be applicable to anyone of any age:

12 Winter Depression Busters

15 Ways to Beat the Winter Blues | Happily Imperfect

10 Small Ways to Create Brighter, More Inspiring Days

14 Things You Need to Start Doing for Your Emotional Health | Happily Imperfect

11 More Things You Need to Start Doing for Your Emotional Health | Happily Imperfect

P.S. I don't know, of course, how long you've been struggling with depression. But the other possibility here might be to check out this Psych-Central-supported website for people with unrelenting depression & anxiety:

Thank you for the link. I had depression since I was twelve years old. My therapist just told me to ignore it and offer no coping skills to help with my depression.

I'm glad that I can help someone else. If what happened to me can help one person. I know that I am doing and moving in the right direction.
