I turned in my first assignment for my extra class in grad school. Now I'm lost. I have had several groundbreaking sessions in the last few weeks. But why do those sessions have me so depressed now??? I'm confused.

Granted I am working with a different company in mental health but why does that have to affect me so much? am I that unhappy with the position? I noticed some changes, but today and this week they have reversed.

Needless to say, this new assignment has me FRUSTRATED!! and confused. How can I make an ambiguous question into a specific goal? Or how specific is the goal going to be?

I'm lost and a bit down. And I have let my goals go, I'm not motivated and that's an issue. I'd rather sleep and I know that won't help all the way!! Any thoughts?

I’m not sure what you’re asking, do you need more motivation to study in graduate school despite feeling depressed. If yes the I can offer advice regarding what works for me, do assignments ahead of time, read a little bit of material everyday so not leaving tasks and studying to the last minute. If depressed try to exercise with walking or cycling or swimming exercise class or yoga class to help decreased stress and depression. Good luck in graduate school.

I wasn't even sure what I was hoping for.....And part of the assignment that I am working on is on ambiguity... Can we say H. E. Double hockey sticks!!

The last week, I have spent less time... 0 minutes at the gym... more time working ... and... more time confused. I did finally send an email to my mentor and I'll hear more from her on Monday... 2 days away...

Most times I am here venting and not many know what to say. Thank your @zapatoes for your thoughts.
