I was taught when I was a cub that I was not allowed to speak. I was also not allowed to be me. This sounds insane.... I guess it is

I am still trying to recover (?) from those wounds... and I have not found being silent all the time helps.

While I try to practise gratitude, I am not grateful towards those who project things and labels like ''selfish'' onto me.

Maybe this makes me ''a bad person'' ……
