I guess you don’t feel like talking.
Let yourself to feel whatever you may feel, desperation, sadness, frustration...whatever because they are emotions and they respond to things happening to you that triggered them. They are part of you being a human sensitive being.
Don’t fight against them.

Thank you for all the kind words and support. It means a lot.
I was in a really dark place and I have been in that dark place many times in the past few months. It's like your mind looses all rational thinking and you're so overwhelmed with pain and grief. It can get really scary sometimes.
I'm really trying to cope. I have a journal where I have noted down my thoughts, goals and positive stuff that happen. I update it on a daily basis. I feel like this will keep me from sinking into a phase where I feel worthless, hopeless and frustrated.

I've been there and done that. Don't give up!! Life is a roller coaster and a journey, not a destination. Don't get caught up in the moment but just relax and sleep it off. Tomorrow is always a new day. For me, being productive helps whether it be taking care of yourself or doing small things to bide the time. Doing absolutely nothing for a short period is ok, but in the long term, doing something for yourself helps a lot. I mean, for example, taking care of your appearance or eating something nice which you made. I try to take care of my appearance, wearing makeup, exercising, and eating healthy. I also found a good person to confide in. He means a lot to me. Doing things for yourself in a positive manner will help you avoid feeling bad about yourself. If you think you can be helped by therapy or antidepressants, please ask your doctor immediately before you fall into an abyss. I have felt frustrated in the past but recently feel as if I can do something constructive about it. When you lose this motivation, you need professional help ASAP. I have been in a dark place a long time ago and was put on anti depressants which helped a lot but made me manic. So,there is a fine line.

I was gonna ask you if you had these moments of despair before but I didn’t want to compare your current suffering with anything else.
You have seen people’s posts here are full of empathy. And I guess it helps.
There’s always a choice while life exists. . You have possibilities to feel and see things better once you get the storm passed by.

How are you feeling today? How are your strengths?

I'm feeling okay-ish. A usual slow day with a heart-sinking feeling before I go to bed. Yes I have had this feeling before. I have it quite often so that makes things very hard.
I played my guitar today and felt drowzy all day. Didn't do much. Watched a movie that turned out to be sad

Hey, girl! You rock. You don’t know how much you are able to do. I take off my hat just now, in front of you. I’m unable to play a musical instrument but you can. What kind of music you feel more comfortable with?

I'm a fan of Camilla Cabello, Hailee Steinfeld, Maroon 5, Bebe Rexha, Alan Walker, Ed Sheeran, Emma Hesters and Conor Maynard on Youtube, Billie Elish, Pink, Sia, Shakira and many more. I guess it's safe to say I'm a huge music fan xD
