I'm doing better. The Dr upped my dosage and talking to her helped. This morning I was able to go for a run - between the symptoms and headaches I've not been able to for about a week.
The CDB seems to help some but not enough once I get to the point of feeling depressed. I also feel like the govt took control of life. Not all of it, but much more than they should, IMO. There just isn't evidence to support what they are doing. We have NO covid-19 deaths in this county and the health people are being little dictators. Makes me angry, frustrated, feeling like I have little control. They are wrecking people's lives for no reason. |

Thank you. This province is starting to open up. There are more people out then a week ago. Parks have reopened. I can't wait until I can sit in a coffee shop. I'm really craving that for some reason. I read about the differences between small towns and cities. People tend to walk or take public transit to work in huge cities. Packed like sardines in a bus or subway car is perfect for spreading disease. So are apartment buildings that are heated by forced air. Most of my coronavirus knowledge is from academic papers. None are full of doom. It's the news that is causing fear. I think politicians are starting to realize that people need to return to their lives. Locking us down for months on end will be more catastrophic than the virus in so many ways. __________________ Dx: Didgee Disorder |

I'm glad you are feeling better. Were you able to see your doctor in person? CBD doesn't seem to help with depression directly. My anxiety disorder seems to nourish my mood especially in a negative way. When it eases its grip I feel a whole lot better about life. Quote:
Little dictators! I like that description. __________________ Dx: Didgee Disorder |

The province is opening up and it is finally warming up outside. I can definitely see the difference. More people are out. Flowers are starting to bloom. This really gives me hope.

I'm just tired of the whole thing. Wearing masks, having to stand in line for things, having to be submissive to new rules, seeing the news that looks like no hope, and more.
I didn't have much going for me socially anyways, but it seems like any hope is gone as far as experiencing any improvements. |
