I slept better last night. But I'm still sort of tired this morning. I know I'll become more alert by the time the sun comes up. I am tired of sleeping. I feel Okay. I have a few chores to handle today. I think I will reward myself for doing them.

Well, it's pretty early, so I can't really know how I'm doing yet. But I hope I'll be learning something new. I have a couple of things in mind. They both involve a skill don't have.

I feel better than yesterday and a little more motivated. I'm thankful I appear to be getting more of my motivation back.

It was a slow day at work today, like always. I felt a bit depressed today. It would have helped to be busy.

I had a weird thing happen to me this afternoon. While bike riding a man had flagged me and asked me to help him move an object from the roof of his car. It was either a refrigerator or some kind of cabinet. He told me that it doesn't weigh anything. I said I would help. Just as we got started, a jogger came along, so that man asked the jogger if he could help. The jogger said he would and then that man said that he could use the jogger to help him instead of me. I felt very hurt by that.

Got a few things done today. (Got car washed and gassed up car. Dropped off a large amount of laundry at the "wash and fold." Donated a bunch of my boyfriend's clothes to the Salvation Army Thrift Store. Worked on clearing some stuff out of my storage locker. Bought new curtains for my kitchen. Sorted through some mail.)

Dropping off the clothing got me crying. That led to me feeling very bad about how hard the last few hours were for my bf.

Next I have to think about how I can best spend the evening.

Learning how houses retain heat differently I need to decide when is the best time of day to bake pizza. I want the window open to cool off the house but don’t want to loose all my heat before the cold nighttime temperatures. At least I am able to sleep through most of the night and into the morning rather then being woken up periodically at 2 and 6am. This winter I’m not touching the thermostat. One even temperature, and will work my schedule around the day. Pizza for breakfast it is 🍕

Gloomy fall arrived in earnest with a soaker of a storm. Combined with the isolation of COVID, I'm wondering how people will deal with things like SAD, given that mental health has already been fraying around the edges.

I feel fine this morning. I decided to quit vaping. I put on a patch and I'm chewing gum. I'm out of my vape juice. So that helps. I hope this goes well. If I get depressed, I'll just take a nap.

Achingly sore, chores are a pain. Wish my friends were free on the weekend, tired of just getting groceries and looking after the usual.things
Other than boredom, I'm not feeling really depressed.
