It hasn't been good for me in the last 24 hours. Last night I told my only friend that I have to not call me anymore. We argue quite a bit and I'm sick of him criticizing me and not taking any criticisms for himself. We had argued last night and then he hung up on me.

This morning the woman security guard at work (the same one that told me about the coffee last Monday) told a guy, who is slightly injured, that he should call on me if he needs help. First of all, I wouldn't mind if he came to me and ask for help himself. But she has to stick her nose into other people's business. She acts like a boss in the place and she's only a security guard; not to mention a health expert and therapist (which she isn't good at).

And now the maintenance man will be taking tomorrow and Friday off. I hope and pray that nothing happens because I don't know how to do his job.

Feeling very depressed all day today and tonight. Things just got very bad all of a sudden for me.

I have my shopping order to look forward to today, but that is about it

I should probably get someone out to have a look at my leaking sink, but not today. I honestly can't be bothered.

I have been feeling sad much of the time, but I seem to pull myself up from that off & on. I'm pretty sure some of it, at least, is related to our pandemic. I have a plan to go shopping today for things I need. I hate going shopping anyway, but now with the mask & the worries about the virus, etc., it really is a big deal. Oh well.

I just got to work. Good so far, but we'll see how the rest of the day will be. The maintenance man didn't tell the security guards yesterday that he was taking today and tomorrow off. That was a surprise.

It felt weird not talking to my friend last night. We've talked every night. I had just told him not to call me anymore because I can't take the constant criticizing and correcting with me. I know that I need some of it, but he overdoes it.

Spoke with the nurse practitioner. She is adding abilify to the wellbutrin. Hopefully this will help. Very strapped on cash as well.

You can make that decision, i don't know where you live but where I am we are required everywhere to wear one. I think it's a good decision, although not proven to protect everyone. It's annoying when wearing glasses. Maybe a thinner cloth mask if you ever find you have to wear one. I kind of like walmart, coffee is always the lowest price, but bread and things are not fresh. It's a good one stop in a pinch sometimes.

I got a definite yes on a job for monday. A bit anxious though. Pain is bad from everything I do, but at least aleve can help sometimes. Hopefully I'll be able to do this job. I need the money and the courage I'll get from finally going through with this, will help me with my anxieties and take my mind off my troubles.

It isn't necessary or helpful. Canada, especially the part I live in, is doing well, and cases are declining, so it makes no sense for a private company to enact this measure which is contrary to current recommendations from the authorities. Nominally tougher measures are nonsensical when the situation is improving. It seems as though Wal-Mart executives decided they needed to be seen to do something, so they did the one thing they weren't already doing. Besides, I don't like it when a company tries to restrict my bodily autonomy. Masks are uncomfortable, and I don't want to wear them, especially not without a good reason. The emphasis on mask-wearing, one of the least effective measures, is bordering on hysteria.

turns out the sink was easier to fix than I intended, and it got done yesterday so no more leaks on to the floor which is good (so no more change of me slipping)

showered today.

body didn't provide much for me in the way of movement so it was quite painfull. ugg

needed too though: was quite incontinent this morning. came out of the blue, just like that.

no real plans for today: just have mcdonalds later which I am looking forward too.

it is cooler today too. I still have my fan on, but not sure I am going to need the cooling spray today

I agree with what you say, and it is bordering on hysteria. I don't have a choice where I live, and lots of people think its effective when it may not have much effectiveness. Things are improving where I am, but since some reopening of business, it has gone up slightly. I just comply with the law, even though I find it an annoyance.

I'm so stupid. I logged into my work email. It nearly sent me into a panic attack. I haven't felt like this since I went off work 2 weeks ago. I'm scared for the future. Scared to return to work. Scared about bills and not having money.

This might not be helpful, but I'm scared too. I'm supposed to go to an interview for a job on monday, and i haven't worked in years doing the kind of thing that they want. I can't even buy the right tools. I have little finances too... this is so stressful i just want you to know you aren't alone! You aren't stupid, you are stressed.

Struggling. If this isn't the bottom, I don't know what is. My hope is that it can only go up from here.. feeling sad and broken from someones text to me last night. People are so rotten some times, when they know you are down they still kick you to make sure they knock you as far down as they can.

Some people want to knock you down to make them feel better in comparison. I don't understand how people can be that mean.

I hope this is the start of you climbing up -- no longer on the bottom. You deserve better.

Thank you so much for your kind words 2daffodils. And best of luck to you! I hope you ace that interview. Don't forget that you are interviewing them too. You deserve that job and to be paid what you are worth.

Today is the day after yesterday, which was a bit difficult, so I put off my shopping until this morning. Good thing I waited. All the things on my list were there at the store in good supply, like they had just restocked the shelves. So that put me in a nice mood. Makes you wonder, does some part of the brain know that tomorrow will be a better day to do whatever?

This helps me feel better, thanks you tigerlily, and I'll remember that its also thinking about interviewing them too, like what they have to offer and if it is right for me

I'll be honest, the cooler weather has done wonders for my pain all ready (and it's only been cooler for 1 day). I just finished reading the weather forcast (google alerts), and the storms are meant to continue in to next week (this is good for my pain and my mood!)

as for today, I am not doing much. in the morning I just caught up on my soap operas, and this afternoon posting here again (litirally nothing else to do)

I have decided that tonight I am going to have a chinese takeaway, (which is not the greatest decision after my mcdonalds yesterday), but what can I say: I need filling, and apart from snacks and junkfood, takeawyas are the only thing that seem to do it for me.

I have registered today because I feel so down and hopeless. Have felt so for the last three weeks. Is there a way out? There has to be. I looked into my old tool-box and decided that I will start to use my tools again. Hope to be able to make my mornings at autopilot first and to visit the gym twice a week, four fixed meals a day, regular sleep hygiene.
