i have been thinking...i do have a mental illness...but i am going to talk different about this...
i like saying mental health disorder....sounds better...
or i kinda like saying panic problem and mood problem...

I was thinking of talking to a Harley Street shrink

I don't want labels which is partly why I changed my mind

labels can be a big problem...especially if someone is trying to take you down...
i use labels to connect with other human beings...my shrink does not take me down...but i have had some that thought they were higher than me...i like EQUALITY

these psych drugs have many problems....i hope they come up with something better..
but i am not so sure that a pill will solve the problems of living ...

when i developed my mood and panic problems...
i was so ashamed...i was placing the stigma right on myself...
as if it was some weakness....yes i am not a warrior...i am a lover...
i don't belong with the vast majority of people...
