i feel like the panda bear today...
i am angry...i have been screwed over by
psychiatry and psychiatrists...this idea about
depression being some disease like diabetes
is full of crap...this is one of the many causes of my depression...
i held a lot of anger inside of me...thank you fuzzy bear

What do you think it is, little turtle? Some say no one knows what it is.

You've said you also are a psychiatrist. I would be very interested in your opinion.

the standard model of cause is bio/psy/soc...

Many have depression when they have been diagnosed with a physical illness.
Or mental torture.

Not enough is known about all mental heath conditions.

i should never have married anybody
i should never have had any children
i should never have gone into psychiatry

i am not a weak person...but i am not real strong
i broke down and was left with a mental illness...
too much responsibility...for me....not about anyone else

This may be is the real reason many are depressed.

I have a dysfunctional family too.

I tried to do it differently with my own.

It was working...
But now I worry the dysfunctional ones are causing pain now they are grown up, that I can no longer protect them from.

I am facing mental torture every day and physical torture too. This has been happening for the past 6+ years. Can't say beyond this.
How I wish this ends and I can go off to somewhere where they cannot get hold of me any more. If only I could get back to the life I left behind in 2014....
The trauma doesn't end even for one day....
You people keep me going. I hang in there hoping that this too shall pass....
