No, it's called Nihilism.

On a serious note: What's bothering you?

Hello dandani: I see this is your first post here on PC. Welcome to Psych Central. One forum, here on PC, that may be of interest to you would be the Depression forum. Here's a link:

https://psychcentralforums.com/depression/

You asked if feeling uncomfortable almost all the time thinking about how you're going to have to be alive for a lifetime and its just awkward and disgusting being aware of existing might be a mental illness. I'm not a mental health professional. So I can't offer you anything in the way of an authoritative answer to your question. There is one type of mental health condition that is referred to as existential depression. Here are links to 2 articles on the subject, from Psych Central's archives, along with a link to a third article that provides a listing of articles on the subject of depression in general:

What is Existential Depression?

Existential Despair: A Deeper Cause of Human Anxiety

Living with Depression: A Guide for Coping with Depressive Feelings | Psych Central

I hope you find PC to be of benefit.
