I discovered that 7Cups.com is “hacking” their own website to trick depressed people into using their service. - Jim Flannery
I can say this is 100 percent accurate but wanted to share. __________________ "I carried a watermelon?" President of the no F's given society. |

A site offering messaging therapy for a month at a cost $150.
I have seen other bad reviews. My experience has been very negative. I wrote a review which won't show because it is negative. This site cannot be trusted if all reviews are not shown on their profile pages. |

Please think twice before paying to join.
The messages are mainly a low level of empathy. You can get more support and kindness here at PC. |

No never paid...used the free chat with a listener. It helped put things into prospective.

There a lot of cyber bullying on the websites and they have age restrictions. The listener is a joke as well as the cyber bot no help. I would not recommend going to Kati Morton Facebook to much cyber bullying with their monitor.

Yes, I paid for it and it was horrible. One therapist never answered when I inquired about therapy. Another talked to me for a bit but then just ghosted me. I wrote to the lady in charge and she said she wasn't doing therapy for them anymore. Like she could have told me that, don't just leave me here struggling. I found it very unprofessional. Betterhelp and Talkspace also offer online therapy. I have never tried either of them but perhaps you want to look into them, maybe they are better.

The messages I did receive had no therapy, just what seemed like false empathy. I did after much persistence get a refund for breach of contract. They do promise a reply 5 days a week and I did not get that. |
