For months I'd been posting about feeling anxious, having a restless sleep, and a low mood at times. I had been still function well, but just felt miserable. Lately my anxiety has decreased and I've been getting more rest. The thing I'm still dealing with is some fatigue and down usually earlier in the day. I feel better as the day goes on.

Glad to hear things are doing better! Keep doing some of the things that make you feel good and stay active in using your coping skills, medications, and supports. Way to go!
