Wish I could start over with a clean slate. Because right now thanks to therapy I see my own behavioural patterns but am somehow still unable to keep myself from ruining things/relationships.
Feels like I am still sabotaging myself while I try to fix a sinking ship. How do I get past this state without beating myself up for every mistake I saw coming? How do I rewrite my story if the pages seem already full? __________________ “Worry never robs tomorrow of its sorrow, it only saps today of its joy” -Leo Buscaglia |

Have you heard much or read much about Self Compassion? If not, I'd suggest looking into the book by Kristen Neff.

And yeah I am struggling in that department... but I am working on that topic. It's just so hard because my inner snake/demon, whatever you wanna call it, seems to get proven right by myself so often. Already working on my perception and how... I tend to neglect myself and how this among other factors sabotages myself. Maybe your book'll open up some new aspects. __________________ “Worry never robs tomorrow of its sorrow, it only saps today of its joy” -Leo Buscaglia |

Yes, that's a really good book! I'm reading it now. It has a lot of helpful advice. She goes into detail about how you can support yourself and be your own best friend.

Hugs to you! I also think that practising self compassion is a very good idea. (it can be hard to do, I too make ''a lot'' of mistakes) My inner ''snake'' has been very mean to me recently.
