I have had a really Happy Holiday! But now we are back to cold weather and dark weather, a bit depressing.

I will try to structure my day tomorrow the following way:

... After breakfast half an hour with gymnastics inside.
... Make the trash ready to go.
... Take the dinner out of the freezer
... Fill the dishwasher.
... Fill pillbox.
... Eat healthy.
... Feel satisfied with what I am able to do (even of little).

Be well all and be satisfided with what you are able to do!

I've had a busy day. I put all the groceries away, even the new ones. I started picking stuff up off my floor and organizing a bit. I will continue that tomorrow. I even did laundry today. Wishing everyone the best and a happy start to the new year!

"1) Telling yourself to snap out of it.

2) Not revealing what’s going on.

3) Underestimating depression.

4) Getting lax with treatment: "When clients start to feel better, they may become “too casual with their treatment plan,” Serani said. This may start with missing medication doses or skipping therapy sessions, she said.Serani often hears clients say: “Why do I have to keep coming for therapy if I feel better? What’s the big deal if I miss a dose of my antidepressant?” "

5) Not being self-compassionate." (All five from Psych Central).

I have presented number 4 here because my treatment plan includes daily structure. I don't feel for doing anything today. So even if I don't want to, I have to force myself gently (nr 5, self-compassionate) to start with the gym at home this day. I will put my timer on. After five minutes I will jump into the first task I have set up for today (30 minutes gym).

I have been able to do gymnastics for 15 minutes, not 30 as planned. I am satisfied. I did all the exercises I know. I will rest for some minutes before I gather the trash. How can it happen to be so much trash?

- got up

- clean clothes

-had a healthy breakfast (plums and grapes)

I'm nervous about today. I feel tired this morning, but here is what I hope to achieve:

1. Take out the trash.
2. Wash dishes.
3. Organize my living room.

I am half way in sorting the trash. Need a break, but will continue after the break. I need to be accountable for every small task today.This day to report my doings motivates me.

The day didn't work out fully the way I had planned. The dishwasher is not filled and still I have some trash to take care of. I am glad I had the guts to go into the thread for every step I took. It was the right steps I needed to be able to take care of myself today. In addition to the cores done, I took the time to have an inner talk with myself and write about it. That was helpful as well. I did some work in the bathroom.

I will try to structure Wednesday this way:

... Out with trash after breakfast.
... Take care of the rest of the trash.
... Fill dishwasher.
... Shower.
... Put the dishwasher to work.
... Write a grocery list.
... Visit grocery shop using face cover.
... Clean "hotspots".
... Put the washing machine to work
... Eat healthy in between.

Hope this is manageable, if not, I will choose to be satisfied with the little I am able to do.

For now I will use my time on some interesting TV programs.

I took out the trash this morning. I also washed dishes and worked on my living room. So I've done all my chores. The day is gone. I had no time to relax. I'm going to bed now. Tomorrow I will do nothing. Best wishes to all!

I got some rest and I was able to relax. I opened a package with the cat food and filled up the dispensers. So the cats are good for a while. They even have fresh water. I want a little more organization to my day, so I think I will try to do the following:

1. Prepare a nice lunch.
2. Watch something (a series, a movie or 360 videos).
3. Read for a while.
4. Journal
5. Finish my doodling project (I need two more doodles and then I need to color it).
6. Work on my art.
7. Play some games.

This day has not been a good day. Have not done much. I think that it is not necessary to make a big deal of it. I wish myself a better day tomorrow!

My only goals for tomorrow are to do gymnastics and eat healthy.

I feel better this day. Have a bit more energy than yesterday, but I have to say that I am shocked about what happened in Washington yesterday. May there be peace now!

So far I have done my physical exercises, am on my way to carry out the trash. After that my plan is to fill the dishwasher and put it to work. I think that is enough for today. I will fry fish for dinner and hope to relax with Netflix after that.

All goals met, but I had spring rolls for dinner !

I have energy and motivation today so I’m going to make some headway. I’ll work half the day and relax the other half.

1. Place and organize den items on shelves
2. Run 5 errands
3. Make taco soup
4. Continue new hobbie project
5. Read for fun

I have had an allergic reaction today, so I did not do much. I emptied the dishwasher and did a bit "de-cluttering" in the entrance to make it good looking for the grocery delivery.

I am still not feeling well, so I will not make any plans for tomorrow. I will use Netflix for the rest of the day. It helps to take focus away from the allergy. I think it is a reaction after the spring rolls yesterday. They were not home made and full of spices. I'll see how it goes until Monday (if I need a doctor, I mean).

Tonight I have done some work. I cleaned off my kitchen counters and I unloaded the dishwasher. Next, I want to do the following:

1. Load the dishwasher.
2. Wipe down the counters.
3. Sweep the floor.
