I have been able to make the living room and the kitchen to look a bit better, but there is much more to do. I have used the dishwasher, but I have not been outside with the trash. It was windy and snowing.

Tomorrow:

* Will go out for a short walk if the weather allows it. (Have to try to get back to my normal rhythm after I fell).
* Continue to work on the living room and the kitchen.

Yesterday, I watched part of a documentary on healthy eating. But today I don't feel like watching anymore. I missed my doctor's appointment today. I overslept and I woke up with a migraine. I have it rescheduled for Wednesday morning. I feel bad that I missed it. I must have been tired today. I haven't been sleeping well. I need to pick up meds, but I'm too tired to do it today. Tomorrow, I will:

1. Pick up meds.
2. Take out my trash.
3. Clean the litter box.

Hope everyone is well today!

Edit: I was able to pick up my meds today. So at least I accomplished something.

I was able to pick up my meds yesterday. I also took out my trash. Unfortunately, I still have a headache. I've taken medicine and I'm not sure what the problem is. I probably need more sleep. I'm wide awake, though.

Today, I plan to do the following:

1. Wash dishes.
2. Clean the litter box.
3. Do some cooking.

Yesterday, I completed all three of my tasks. And this morning, I washed dishes again. I have more work to do in my kitchen, but it's overwhelming me. It's also adding to my depression. I feel very sad this morning. I may just go bad to bed and deal with it later. I was hoping to cook today. These are my goals:

1. Clean the kitchen.
2. Clean the litter boxes.
3. Do some cooking.

I recognize that! It can take two days to pile up and suddenly it seems too complicated to tidy up. I feel that it helps to set a time frame. If I feel that I have the energy to work for 20 minutes, I set my timer for 20 minutes. If I only feel for 10 minutes, the alarm is set for 10 minutes. I can follow up in a similar way the next day. It makes me relax more when I do it this way.

* Take out trash.
* Shower.
* Put dishwasher to work.
* Tidy up one or two rooms.
* Vacuum clean the living room.

I haven't been able to stay accountable at all. I recognized that with my OCD, that unless I actually relax my work schedule to help shift my routines and habits that I'd never be able to progress my health. So I'm working less this week and have Thursday through Sunday off. Hopefully I can have fewer meetings in December too so I can take care of myself.

I need to hold to my boundaries.

I'm proud of myself bc I planned to work out this morning but I woke up exhausted. I decided to let myself sleep for another hour then walk the dogs a mile then work out. And I allowed for it to be a crappy workout, as long as it was a workout.

And I got it done! Now onward with my day.

Yesterday I cleaned my kitchen and did some cooking. Today I really need to clean the litter boxes. I've been putting that off. I'm not sure I will cook today, even though I want to. I have too many chores to do:

1. Take out the trash.
2. Clean the litter box.
3. Give my cats their flea medicine.

I was able to take out the trash, clean the litter boxes and give my female cat her medicine. I still have to do my male cat. This afternoon, I'm taking him to the vet. He's been crying a lot. I might have them put his medicine on if he checks out okay. He seems fine at the moment.

Tomorrow, I will:

1. Sweep/Mop the kitchen.
2. Unload the dishwasher.
3. Cook a meal.

Well, that was Sunday. I haven't been able to do anything the two last days.

I will try to pull myself togheter and TRY to do something tomorrow.

I did okay on my diet today and got 10k steps in. I managed to take a walk after dinner too so that is good. I’m working on eating meals at the table and taking a walk after dinner. I’m trying to break some compulsive habits related to my OCD.

I feel tired this morning. Maybe I need more sleep. I've changed my plans for today. I mainly want to relax. I don't plan to do chores today. I need a break. I might not cook. Perhaps I will order food from a local restaurant. So here's my revised list:

1. Read in bed.
2. Play games.
3. Take a relaxing shower.

Thank you for the vibes. My PC does not work. Fot the time being I am at home because of too much Corona around. I don't know when I will be able to go out to get it fixed, if it can be fixed. It is too difficult to drite on the phone, so I will not do that. Now that most og the pain after I fell is gone , I will try to work at a list I usually ide for everything including work (freestyle), work in the home, takes care of mealtimes, exercices, sosial contacts and do on.

Yesterday was difficult for me. The only task I completed was cleaning the litter box. And I did play my game for a while. Today is Thanksgiving. I wanted to order from Cracker Barrel today, but it doesn't look like that's possible. So I am making my own Thanksgiving meal. I'm preparing sides at the moment. I will heat up turkey and gravy later on.

Today, I want to:

1. Unload/reload the dishwasher.
2. Fix my sides.
3. Watch a movie.

1. Clearing the sofa
2. Making side dishes and deviled eggs
3. Setting up for Thanksgiving
4. Cleaning up from Thanksgiving
5. Enjoying my daughter’s company later tonight.

Today my goal is to do:

- 2 mile morning walk with dogs
- clean up kitchen
- ride bike and do yoga
- bake pie for my brother
- practice my violin

I already did the morning walk, cleaned the kitchen and rode my bike. Starting yoga, then showering and baking the pie.

I had a good Thanksgiving meal. And I tried to watch A Christmas Carol (1999), but halfway through I became very depressed. Something in the show triggered me. Now I feel very much alone. I've had no family to talk to today. Why do I feel like today is about family? My sister and mom got together today. I couldn't go cause I can't walk. Sorry, today is supposed to be a day of thanksgiving. I'm glad I have my health, my home, food, friends and my pets.

Tomorrow, I will:

1. Wash dishes.
2. Take a shower.
3. Read in bed.
