so i read this wonderful message and here's my reaction to it....
How are you coping today? #3 [ #133 ] Re: How are you coping today? #3 Dear @jrae, Thank you for sharing your thoughts & feelings. So many others here experience similar overwhelming feelings of futility. It makes sence to me, knowing some of your circumstances, that you would feel this way. I wish that I knew how to make it all go away. All I can tell you is that I, & I'm sure certain others, wish that this terrible time you've been enduring will finally end & that you will be able to experience the happiness you deserve. God bless you, jrae!! _______________________________________________________________________________________ no joke -> my IMMEDIATE reaction or gut thought was "i deserve happiness?????" um, that's the worsened 'd' talking, isn't it? |

Jrae, I also hope you are are able to feel more "happiness" emotions. IMO, we feel our best when our mind, body and spirit are well. From what I have read/recall from your posts, your physical injuries are still causing you a lot of pain (your body has not healed), your head trauma injury is healing but still effecting your mind and you are still coming to terms (PTSD) with how your injuries changed your life. I will continue to pray for your healing. When I injured myself in 2015, I was only able to come out of my depression (depression makes it hard to feel happiness) when my pain decreased and with a lot of time to rest and make sense of what had happened. I truly hope you are able to feel more happy again soon!!!
