Hi there I am new I wrote music and programme. I have ADHD diagnosed 6 months ago I am 33.
Depression anxiety OCD addictive personality has been a nightmare but got me record running times and a drive unlike anything else to succeed in music.
It's not easy but I am here to let people know that meds are important and needed for you to become the person you know you can be.

Welcome! I'm glad the meds are helping you succeed. ADHD medications always made me worse some reason. They're so expensive, though, so I'm glad I don't have to buy them at least.

I have had luck with the ADHD medications and people can tell when I am not taking them. Glad you are having success with them

Thankyou sorry late reply still figuring out how the forum works :-).
Yeah ADHD is a cloudy frustrating mess.
Depression is soothing when listening to someone else on the same wavelength I learned that when I heard my first Jimi Hendrix album it is amazing.
