seriously I suck at spelling and things like that (diffrent spellings) get on my nerves

I hate waking up with an allergy headache! And I hate it when the neighbors take up every inch of space on the street with their cars and yell at each other at the top of their lungs like anyone wants to hear that. And I hate it when all the other drivers are aggressive and think they have to be in front of everyone else.

My doctor referred me to an orthopedic surgeon because I have end stage arthritis in my left hip. After not hearing from them, I called and, after 10 minutes waiting to speak to someone, was told that the doctor won't even see me! She's never even met me. I'm so frustrated and angry and paranoid. Apparently, they didn't tell my doctor why they won't see me. Thankfully, my doctor sent a referral request to another practice. At least they said they would last week.

I have a tenant support worker and he is there to support. Well tonight he picked up the phone not once but 3 times and then ended our conversation by saying well “this concludes our talk, do you have any questions for me?” I thought I should have asked him where do I send my bill for the goods and services you didn’t provide me? And he ended it after talking on the phone for nearly 20mins and 5 mins printing something in the office for me. So I spent 5 mins talking and it’s suppose to be 30min conversation not 5min. Next time I am going to ask someone to call me so I can leave in the middle of it to saying it’s important and take it then not come back.

Try screaming into a pillow, or write the word scream really big and hard with a marker/pen/crayon on big pieces of paper?
