Bad times right now and I can feel the self compartmentalizing. This for this thing and this part for this thing. I am not in my body, am no where but somehow still here. There is the angry young teenager who wants to beat the crap out of us for needing and trusting and therefore making us vulnerable. There are the smaller ones kinda sitting in back in terror, quiet for now. I have tried really hard to live where all of the parts get to speak at will. Crisis time and back 30 years or more. Makes me think of ways the teenager kept stuff under control and that is called self harm and people say it's bad.
