spent the night in pain.
it's bad enough not sleeping, but dealing with an unexpected bout of chronic pain as well... pretty much the same today. alive but not really sure why |

apart from my depression (which is very deepp at the moment for some unknown reason), I have been present and " in the now
well... most of the time their's like a 2 hour time slot yesterday afternoon where I'm not sure what happened I choked on my dinner yesterday and was actually disgusted by it, the taste will take ages to get out of my mouth (it is still their) I didn't sleep today I have to fix my chest of drawers because one of the drawers collapsed well, I say I have too, for now all the clothes can just go on my side as I don't have motivation to do it |

Knew yesterday was hot...it zapped our mind. It was a record breaking 98 and we were working in very hot apartments sweating. It was gross. It’s going to be the same today.
 We are finally off ‘on call’, now I can pay attention of this body. The guys been out all last week ready for a phone call. Take a break already, house is a wreck, this body is a wreck, no food,...geez |

difficult night with flashbacks- absolutely no sign of it letting up
pain was bad too my back was so stiff I thoughtit was dead, nad that's something I never thought i'd say in a sentence but no... hellish night and depressing day so far |

I was heat sick yesterday, today is going to be another record breaking hot day. We were in a weird mind, like we couldn’t get the right part to their job. I’m just glad that we didn’t say anything weird or exposed ourselves.

I had a nice night yesterday (sleepless, but nice)
I decided that I'd reread the secret garden (such a good book), and was doing that all night sometimes I forget how soothing reading is. I may not have much time for it (or indeed focus), but it is nice |

we're feeling happy.
today we got a cd we wanted in the mail it was, actually, a cd we'd destroyed previously out of anger (and a favorite album), so I am glad we have a new copy now |
