I saw my new t today. She is a few years older than me. She seems ok and takes her time without pushing me to tell her my life story. This could be a good fit.

we're all smiles

yesterday, our mental health worker got us a present to say good bye (she's leaving on tuesday), she got us a box of quality street chocolates- and yesterday night (after our takeout pizza), we enjoyed them all ourselves. bit of an overeating session going on their.. but it was worth it

we also watched fawlty towers

forgot how funny it was

when the guy asks for the waldorph salad and all hell breaks loose in the kitchen... hilarious.

not our fave episode, our fave episode is the one where bazil has the problem with the kid...

kid: these are the wrong shaped chips

bazil: and what shaped chips does your mom do at home?. mickey mouse?. smiley faces?. the moon?. cracks us up all the time.

one of the littles came out too and she watched justin's house

expected no sleep

now just on here posting

Ate at a Chinese buffet tonight. The fortune cookie said ‘You are what you think of all day”. Great.

My arms is covered in hair. My legs and chest are too. It looks so strange and out of place...I hate it. If I fix it they will get mad. Not happy. 😕

we've been switching a lot this week.

not sure why.... maybe it has something to do with the fact we just moved in to our new place (after we got evicted from the old one), and it's a big change for us.

hopefully it will calm down and one of us will just be out more often- it's a bit of a battle inside right now.

a battle for control

Wow, that is big news! It might take a while for everyone to get comfortable with the new home. Maybe it takes a while for everyone to get up to speed with the change in circumstances! Do you like it?

I am really tired after a long hard, very stressful and out of ordinary day at work. So tired. Yesterday we had a good therapy session where one of our younger members talked a lot and shared a whole lot of information with the T that is probably very important for her to know. It feels like we have entered into new territory now.

it is still very cold outside.
little alicia is upset.... so she wants to watch this dvd we have with adult language in it (she saw the case), but we all know she can't- because if she does she'll start repeating all the language

so we've told her and she's not happy. we've tried to distract her (like for some time today we built a snow hotel), but she keeps coming back to the dvd

today we were asked straight up,

" how many adults do you have in your system?"

surprisingly it actually stumped us, because we know them and we know what they like, I guess we just can't count

hahahhhaa

we are having roast lamb today. woohoo.

I seem to have a new alter- created from a horrific ER experience in November. She has worse moods than my bad mood alter and is more impetuous. Spontaneous too.
Today has been difficult. And it’s only 3pm.

bit of a shock to the system once we realised it was wednesday

to be fair, we wern't sure what day it was, so I think it was a shock to the system that we were even still alive

I saw my t for the second time. She is good so far. It was difficult for me to actually get there because of all my anxiety but I went. The rest of the day I felt anxious and confused. I hope this goes away soon. I have also been feeling fear and I don't know why. I adopted a dog that needs help and that was good but I think she may eventually go to a family who is more active. She is a sweet girl. And I am working on her anxiety issues. Go figure

it's been another really rough night for us with no sleep or rest.

so far though today we've actually been productive, had our shower, had a pepermint tea, and our breakfast- even called to see when someone could come out and fix our tv (well we were a little anxious doing that, but we did it)

feeling present
