Did you consent to the sharing of your health info? HIPPA laws protect your right to not have info disclosed without your consent.

Yes, I did consent. I am just wondering what was said because I dont remember any of my sessions just my diagnosis and I am curious about what my therapist thinks of me now.

A good therapist will treat you respectfully and professionally regardless of what was shared/came up in your prior sessions. If a therapist does not treat you with respect, you can find another. Good luck and peace to you

My psychologist and psychiatrist talk on a regular basis. I gave them permission to talk to each other. That doesn't mean I find it comfortable to know I'm being talked about when I can't hear what they are saying. They tell me, but it still unnerves me. I finally decided I trust both of them and they communicate in order to make sure I'm getting the treatment I need. Positive self-talk helps reassure me.

Im just nervous what she will say to her since I have no recollection of my sessions with her. I dont know why she gave me a dissociative diagnosis. There has to be some reason right?. I know that I have talked to all my other therapists/ psychiatrists about my Ocd and some trauma. None of them gave me that diagnosis. I emailed my T and said I hoped she didnt think of any differently after talking to her and got no reply. Im nervous what if she thinks I am a freak or faker or something.

Do you mean your T talked to your psychiatrist or did your T talk to your old psychologist(which would have been your old T, right?)?
