Default DID Group

Could it work? A real life support group for DID.

My T wants to start one at his office. I don't know if it will work because when we have sessions with our friend (whom also has DID) it can get chaotic. Especially considering it's therapy and can be triggering which makes us switch even more than we already do.

At the same time, I want to talk to people like me. I want to know that I'm not alone. I want to sit down with people who get it without me having to explain a damn thing.

I don't know. Could it work?

I think success would depend on sooooo many factors. And there is the potential for so many things to go wrong.
