It’s getting a double chin and pudgy. I have a bicycle and nobody wants to go bike riding...something about being afraid of being seen in public. I keep thinking that if we get into shape, we’d feel better about it.

I’m sure that the body’s physical appearance doesn’t match what everyone thinks they look like- that includes me. And hate it.

But at least we can burn off some of this pudgyness. Our job no longer is a heavy physical job and more stagnant then much.

I’m thinking about getting a warm up suit or a jogging outfit and this might help a lot.

Did you start bike riding? It's good exercise.I recently bought a jump rope hoping to get in shape.I opened the box, took it out, tried 2 times to jump over and caught my foot on it and gave up.

This body has been plumping up a bit too. When we are dealing with trauma we tend to retreat into comfort eating and sleeping. A bad combo if you don't want weight gain.
Did you get yourself a warm up outift or jogging suit? We got ourselves a fitbit. It reminds us to move throughout the day. Some days we are good about that, other days we are not. But we have lost about 15lbs since getting it, so that's something.

our body is also fat- in our case, a mixture of not exercising (we never cared much for exercise), and overeating
