Could I hang out here sometimes?
I haven’t been dxd with did
But I feel about 10 ...

I have a somewhat functional “part” some of you may know ...
Her name is fuzzy bear

I can’t take meds and I think I don’t “fit” in the Depression forum sometimes
Since I growl so much .....

I would like to find “solutions”... although there may not be any for me...

I don’t fit into a neat box..

But I don’t want to be “forced” to change

I’m a friendly bear and do not bite unless severely and cruelly provoked.

I have cptsd

Hi fuzzy,
I love your hula-dancing bear. Makes me smile every time I see it.
I can relate to not fitting into a neat box...I have CPTSD and a host of other labels, including dissociation.
It's not an easy road...

I see that you have been on psych central for many years, longer than I. so Im guessing you already know this but may need some help remembering...

Any one can post about dissociation problems here, you dont have to be diagnosed with DID. heck I and based on some of your past posts you have too seen other non DID people post here.

According to your past posts you have posted here in the dissociative boards before many many times, so you already know that you can "hang out" here.

you even have a fantastic "bear cave" on the dissociative boards called garden that I sometimes visit when I am feeling down and need to enjoy the calm side of things.

Im sure you also know since you have posted to others saying this but I will remind you in case you dont remember.... you do not have to change. everyone posts from their own points of views and are accepted for how ever and who ever they are. just because someone posts differently or that they are changing / healing/ getting well / or what have you, does not mean you have to. Just continue following what ever is your own treatment plans and whats right for you to do for you.
