Just that
They are so tiring and “draining” Hugs and respect to all here Does anyone who dissociates have any tips to help with triggers? Does anyone experience self abandonment? (Meds......etc not an option for me, they have not helped ) __________________ |

do you have an item that means something to you (anything precious) that you can hold and ground yourself with
I have a whole cupboard of these things and when I feel the need, I'll go to the cupboard and hold something- just hold it to make me aware where I am and that I'm safe |
