Hello Just wanted to encourage those that are dealing with body memories that it is most likely rape. It is you and your therapist decision to say that is truly enough to associate to a journey that involves torture. I bet you the journey there will be time that you don't feel hungry at all just make sure you eat food anyway so the stomach can expand this the remnants of being a rape victim. I would suggest to go to your eat disorder guidance because a good system last 98lb to several hundred pound anyone of us with horrid stories will most like lose a lot of weight on our journey. Please don't allow sexually alters and those hanging on too long to older alters to just look in the mouth of friends just say their or sexual because you enjoy other folks eating. They will talk about bird food eater then direct you an eating disorder clinic for having really hate hand ways...….GEt napkins we aren't in kosovo or afganstahan eating army food we don't need to wipe our mouth with a leaf!

Ask any survivor with very horrid type sexual abuse and torture how much weight they lost especially if oral was one of things that happen. I am so so sorry this was apart of our journeys.....Stay safe
