I've been online long enough to realise that there will always be some people who can't understand... or maybe who don't want to understand. Just in general, not on pc specifically, In fact I've found most here to be very supportive and thoughtful.

I have found the ''official supports'' in my forest irl to be... unsupportive and not even accurate with their labels.

I've found more support online.

I think that I have different parts who have different boundaries as to what to share etc. In ''therapy'' there was at least one inside who never trusted the therapist. With good reason it turned out. This was the case with 4 different therapists. But whether they would have been helpful or trustworthy even if this hadn't been the case is another matter.

And whether I could find a ''good fit'' with a therapist irl after these retraumatizations is something I ponder over.
