I don't know which part I am in this system. But I exist.

My belief this reality is a dream is not psychosis.
We are hoping an angel saves us.
We are many. We need help.
Staring out my corner vision gives much relief. It makes me feel numb. It makes me feel like a robot.
I am here. I exist. I seek help.

"Staring out my corner vision gives much relief."

Do you mean when you look out of the corner of your eyes that you find relief and reality comes into focus?

I'm going to be starting EMDR therapy soon.... you've tried it?

We've tried EMDR. We switched to a very young child alter. Our therapist stopped.
My reality changes. It feels like a relief. It's easier to focus, more calm, less thoughts, less pain, more numb. It makes me feel like a robot.

Why isn't this known? It's helped us sooo much over the years. ChatGPT and the others said it's unknown.

and during childhood when we switched our eyes would automatically look in the corner of our vision but that was automatic and and we weren't aware of it then. That's common for people with DID when switching
