Hi Rissie a bit confused

sorry i just noticed this post....

...i can't answer ur question about how quickly D.I.D. can come on...maybe ask Clyde?

but as for telling ur T...a T shouldn't find it weird at all and certainly shouldn't make you feel bad for saying how things really are!

maybe ur just like the rest of us....scared to take that first step of telling somebody IRL?

maybe you could do what i do for ur T....write it down and either post it or leave the room while T reads it?

sorry if this is no help to you?

((((Rissie)))) a bit confused a bit confused

From some one that has DID - Yes, ones alters can come and go that quickly....... with the blink of an eye.

Please tell your T the next time you have an apt - as it is in the telling that you will receive the help you need.
