Hi guys, I am new here. I am currently recovering from Binge Eating Disorder and feeling inspired to reach out to others who feel trapped in the cycle as I did not so long ago.

Since having a breakthrough I have been looking back and contemplating my life then and my life now. I was caught in the cycle for 10 years, that's a long time and a lot of wasted energy worrying about food and my weight. Now I feel amazingly well, I just cannot believe I did it!

If you are struggling with this and feel like you will never change, and the struggle to stop is too hard, then believe that you can do it, because if one person can overcome B.E.D then so can another.

What I have realised is that there are many ways to beat this. But it's not one size fits all, you have to try different things that suit you best but you must never give up!

I'd love to hear from some of you who can relate to any of this, the breakthroughs and the struggles.

take care for now
