I'm very frustrated over the Gerd and somewhat upset with myself for causing it....

I don't want to cough all day for the rest of my life

I've been eating but I seem to wait a very long time to do it lately. I like the feeling of my stomach growling, it makes me feel like I'm doing "well" and want to see how long I can go

I do that, too. Sometimes I'm trying to think of exactly what I am going to eat and it takes me a long time to do that.

I ate pretty well today. I also made brownies and had one tonight. I have mixed feelings about this though. Part of me is happy that I seem to be able to eat things in moderation now without devouring massive amounts of food and bingeing. Then a small part of me also feels a little wary and guilty every time I eat something like that because, there's always the option of not eating it, and restricting

OMG, caught a bad stomach bug from H. He thought it was just stress, but it is not. Not throwing up, but you get the picture. I am nauseous too. And I scheduled curbside grocery pickup 11 AM today...ugh.

I hope I can get the groceries and inside before the rain starts. Will put stuff away but wait all prep of washing fresh fruit and cutting fresh veggies for snack bags. I just feel blah...!

Downing Gatorade, can’t face food just now. Will try BRAT a couple meals maybe once I can think about eating.

This came on fast

Sorry you are not feeling well. I hope you feel better soon. I, too, put veggies in storage bags. They last longer that way and it's very convenient, too.

Reading a book about maintaining recovery from eating disorders. I really like it, especially because it is one specifically aims to not give people with EDs new "ideas" or "tricks" with ED behaviors which a lot of the books I've read have unfortunately unintentionally had that and I would always get worse.

I'm doing really well today. I'm having those urges to starve myself but I've been eating. I feel a little guilty for it but I'm able to manage. I also haven't binged or purged in going on 3 months

Doing okay, eating as planned so far. I have lost weight, too, and that's a good thing for me as I am overweight from binge eating in the past. I am a third away from my goal weight.

Hi Lucy, thanks! I definitely feel a lot better and the medication for the silent Gerd is helping a lot. I haven't been coughing nearly as much

congrats for getting closer to your goal and doing well

So they are not larger dogs than mine. Those are cute dogs!

Great idea; so far I just have a food journal. I should also start a recovery journal.

Ran too much today...sigh.

I double took my morning meds today, I think. Or yesterday. But from the insomnia, not missing the lack of sleep, and zero appetite having nothing to do with the ED, I'd say today. Or maybe not. Maybe just bipolar hypomania. I have been mixed forever, I bounce back & forth like a ping pong ball. Don't remember double taking meds at all, noticed tomorrow morning was already empty straightening things up today. Double Adderall, double Wellbutrin...so yeah...

Didn't eat too much. Not very hungry. Partially the meds, I think. I also think I'm fixing to start my cycle, and I get queasy/nauseous around that time. I was so crampy this morning, I thought I had started (but didn't).

Saw dermatologist, got a mole cut off.

Need to do better. Weight going down again, ED happy, pdoc will not been happy next week if I don't get it together.
