Hi. I think we set the clocks back tonight. Feeling so tired today. Not sure but I may have taken too much of my meds. Gotto be more careful. Had a porkchop, pan fried, tonight and some strawberries. Tasted good. Hope you all have a good weekend.

Didn't have a good day yesterday. Had a horrible migraine. I had a sandwich and that was it. Ended up in the ER and feeling much better today.

I'm really struggling with not having the funds to buy food. The little bit of food that is in the house requires work to fix and I just don't have the energy to fix it. Really getting stressed which isn't a good thing with an ED.

Do you have a friend who can fix the food for you? Sometimes I feel that way too but have been making myself get up and fix something simple like eggs and toast.

Was given a turkey and all the trimmings from my church, however the turkey is still frozen. Guess I won't be stuffing myself today. Good thing, I am feeling like I am gaining weight since I have not been working. Hope everyone has a Happy Thanksgiving if you celebrate.

Thanks buttrfli, my computer had a virus and I was having some trouble getting online lately. I stayed home for Thanksgiving. I'm up real late. I had to download a new browser and bookmark the main sites I go to. I don't know why those hackers get a thrill out of giving virus' to peoples computers. Don't they have anything better to do...had to rant a little. I had quite a hard time getting back online. One good thing is that I didn't have to take my computer in to the shop...That wouldve cost me 100.00 or so..

How are things going for you now?

Yesterday I only had chips and salsa to eat. Today I am off to a better start, granola with almond milk for breakfast.

its 23:40pm GMT and im waiting for my first bit of food of the day,my brain tells my body do not eat till at least 11pm and i follow it religeously even though id love to be able to eat during the day.
i survive on energy drinks,i desperately need to see a dietician.

Seeing a dietician can be very helpful. I went to one a few times and should go back for a refresher course..lol..they have some very good tips on eating nutritiously.

small meal... big binge

I'd not eaten anything before mealtime, it's just strange how you go for small meals, then binge on the good stuff later on

I've been thinking of lately what kind of example I've been setting for others. Sometimes not such a good one but then who am I to say? Being human sets an example too, doesn't it? We all go through phases in life and we all are on a journey heading somewhere. I'm trying to figure out where I'm going and where I want to be. I am 59 and since I'm older I've been thinking about what I hope to do for the rest of my life. That does not just include how I want to eat but what I really want to do in terms of trying to make a difference some how somewhere.

My B.E.D. made me unable to do much of anything I was so depressed along with it. Now that it is not running my life any more I'm looking to do something that matters.

well takeout day today.

having some chicken peaces (3), a couple wings and fries

really want a 9 inch pizza, but the way i've been eating the last few days.. probably best if I try to eat something a little smaller
