does anyone else find that when eating horrible food, your appitite seems to be lessened (even if what you intend to eat afterwards is something nice?)

I find this.. I'll eat something I don't like, then for 1/ 2 weeks after I've eaten it, I'll still be struggling to eat anything (even if I really enjoy the food)

Ha! Define "horrible" food! I agree with the French, "all cats are gray in the dark." Unless its something greasy that makes my gallbladder act up, in which case i couldnt continue eating it.

Yes, with my diet now I am eating raw veggies and they don't taste good until I put balsamic vinegar and olive oil on them. I add just a little bit of some kind of sauce or dressing and that helps to satisfy me. I really want to lose weight as I am in excess.
