I've reached the 8 month mark on the ED Cognitive Analytic Therapy waiting list, for my AN.
They said 8-9 months. Looks like it'll be much more than 8, then, it could be....who knows. It's frustrating, disheartening, invalidating, painful, depressing, and much more. But heh, I've survived 8 months so far with practically no support. |

I'm sorry. That is terrible. I too find it to be frustrating, depressing, invalidating and much more.
