Ran quite far today, even for me. Organized 2 clothes drawers. Appetite OK, not great, not sure why. Need to work on dinner.

Ugh. Today is one of those days when meals just come on too often. Starting dinner now, not too hungry. This is the part that sucks about being a mom & having a family. Meals, meals, meals. Days like today I get sick of it, especially when I don't have much appetite.

Overate but not as bad as I would have expected given all these Thanksgiving leftovers.

I like peanut butter, too. Have you ever had the multiple nut butter? Trader Joe's has some they sell on amazon that is really good imo. My only problem with it is that I want to binge on it at times.

No, never heard of it. My OH buys PB. I would never buy it, I don't even care for it much. But I will eat a tablespoon of it for protein & fat. And I try to avoid our white bread so I'm not a PB Lover Daily Check In Thread for those with an eating disorder of any kind #2Daily Check In Thread for those with an eating disorder of any kind #2Daily Check In Thread for those with an eating disorder of any kind #2

If I could, I'd eat nothing today. But I plan on exercising like usual. I just hiked my dog on his leash. It's 1 pm. Been cleaning, too. I always clean while fasting. I get alot done!
