I am feeling pretty gross.

yesterday I ate a ridiculous amount of junkfood.

after my dinner (chicken thies, which wern't filling at all), I came back to my room, ate a whole big bag of marsh mellows, 2 bags of other assorted candy, potato chips and cookies (oh and a lollypop)

worst it's been in a while

I seem to have done a little better food wise today for some reason. I got some gourmet blackberry jam and actually didn't go crazy on it. I also had some chocolate but not that much really.

I hope to eat a little better today.

it was hard yesterday because the pain I was IN was so intense

I didn't eat " better", ended up ordering a chinese takeout

and tomorrow is friday so mcdonalds. 2 takeouts in a row..

I feel your pain.

when I have really bad backpain, it is especially bad for me too

or if I have a panic attack

Perfect morning so far! Water & coffee & a short run outside. I'm going low calorie all day, hopefully.

I’ve been doing well while still feeling guilty ‘cause I hate keeping down food. I feel a binge coming on and it might be today that I bp so I can deal with today which is one of my suicide attempt anniversaries. Very traumatic to think on. I’m not very happy to be alive either to be completely honest with you. Keep me in your thoughts.

it's all ready not a good day, I started with fruit which is good- but then went and had some dr pepper and candy

so it makes you wonder why I had the fruit (it does to me)

dinner is roast chicken. *sighs heavily*

I am so hungry.

my roast chicken last night was so dry and so not filling, and even though I had snacks after it didn't fill me up

so I'm hoping that food today will be better

I am greatful for my pizza yesterday.

it was tasty, and it was filling.

first time I've felt full since friday and you can't argue with a full tummy!
