ever since I ate some.. i am guessing some out of date ccandy thursday night, I have been struggling to really eat anything

yesterday I just picked at everything, even stuff that I usually enjoy- and I was coughing a lot too (not sick though, which I guessed annoyed me a little) as I felt that I needed to be

tummy was doing weird things all night, to (mainly gurgly sounds and making it's owner cough)

hopefully I'll feel better soon, the only concilation from this is that I'm not actually getting a really bad tummy ache from eating too much (which I am famous for doing)

I did a little stress eating this morning. But it wasn't that bad. It was breakfast time anyway. I did go over a little on portions.

I feel ****.

on saturday I didn't have my turkey, like I was supposed to as part as my ttradition (because it was dry and yucky the day before, I didn't want to risk it again). I had sausages in sted, and yesterday I had a whole big bag of candy + fish fingers and potato waffles, and square crisps

not eating great

I ate well yesterday. I had beans, rice, vegetables, soup and a salad. Today I've had cereal with almond milk. Later I will cook. I might make a vegan spaghetti.

everytime i try to eat more i somehow fall back into restroction. with my athletic levels i should have been eating a lot more. trying to get healthy again but not gain. yesterday i ate a ton of oreos--ok calories need to get in somewhow. did not really gain from the many oreos. today i acknowledged my hunger even though i binged yesterday and so far had pasta. according to the BMI any loss will result in me being underweight. i'm thrilled in a sick way. hope i continue to eat enough today and can get back to my athletic goals. it's just scary to eat a lot.

I've eaten well today. I was stressed in the middle of the night but I had a salad. Chewing gum helps too. I need to buy more.

I wish I liked oreos. I don't, but wish I did

only reason I say that is because oreo cookies have been a source of depression over the last couple weeks (or at least since christmas)
someone gave me a couple of packs of them and I threw them in the bin because I don't like them, and the motion of throwing them away has haunted me ever since (I hate wasted food)

but I just don't enjoy their taste. never have

I have cleared my plate every night this week. I have also eaten a lot of potato chips and chocolate so I would say it's been a mixed week... good, proper portions, then junkfood- not because I need it, because I can- and in turn that spoils my nice meal

at least I've been eating though unlike christmas week where that turkey made me so ill

I've been eating well. It helps now that I have my cappuccinos. When I feel like stress eating, I just drink a cappuccino. It's soothing to me.

i ****ed up. didnt have dinner today because i forgot to bring it to work and was too nervous about the food they did have there. and yesterday did not continue to eat enough. at this rate i'll keep losing and i won't ever get back to sports.

I was a little stressed yesterday afternoon and wanted to eat even though I wasn't that hungry. I just ate some yummy beans and rice. So it wasn't bad. Today I will make more beans and rice. To me, that is comfort food.

I had buffet food yesterday for new year's eve. not too much, I'd say it was a good sized portion- well it was, I didn't eat anything afterwards

today I'm back to eating a lot though. a lot of candy.

It’s been up in the air for awhile if I have an eating disorder or not. Lately people think it’s a bigger deal then I think it is. Because they think I’m restricting and I don’t look like I need to lose weight. I am just an incredibly picky eater and I eat weird things. I don’t eat a lot of fresh meat. I get my protein from eggs and peanut butter. But I’ll eat meat in canned foods and soup. I eat just scrambled eggs at least 5 nights a week for dinner. I don’t eat frozen foods. I don’t like very high sodium food so I’ll dump the broth out of my soup and just eat the noodles. I’ll eat imported chocolate from the UK but not a lot of other chocolate. I count out each piece of chocolate to get the correct serving. One bag of chips lasts me for 6 once a day snacks since the servings per container is usually 6. I count out each individual chip. I do a lot of measuring and counting. I eat about 1 meal a day. I just eat snacks for the rest of the day.

I’ve lost 13 pounds since Thanksgiving.

Had a meal and a snack today. Feeling hungry, but don't feel like I can eat anything.

I've been doing well with my eating. Tonight I woke up wanting something to eat. I couldn't find anything. So I just ate 2 pieces of sugar-free chocolate. I saw a nutritionist. She recommended I cut back on my carbs and add more protein. I think I can do that.

too much junkfood... not enough regular cooked food, or at least that was the case sunday anyway.

yesterday wasn't so bad, but not one of my better days still

I ate well until the late afternoon. I had 2 servings of grits cause I was stressed.

I just read about this disorder where you are an extreme picky eater. That sounds like me. For the past few weeks I’ve only been able eat little cups of peanut butter, chicken noodle soup with no broth, some canned pasta, eggs, crackers/chips, and the only chocolate I can eat is Kinder chocolate. I can drink iced coffee, and soda and tea though. Everything else makes me feel sick. I had a macaron today and it was disgusting. I can’t remember the last time I had pizza. I think it was about 5 weeks ago. I don’t know. I guess I just like the taste of the same food and I don’t want to get away from that.

Today has been difficult for me emotionally. Several times I thought about eating heavy meals just to be eating. But I told myself no. Tonight I'm not hungry. But I want more grits. I may just eat a banana.

small successes: I'm trying to save myself for my evening meal.
