Ate too much simple sugar bs food today. I need to kick sugar again. I was doing really well eliminating sugar. Plus the crap makes my teeth hurt because a tooth is severely cracked.

yesterday someone asked me if I was in a compitition with the tiger who came to tea.

I thought that was a bit uncalled for because from where I am, I think I've been doing quite well (eating my meals, not much junkfood) etc, I guess they mean all the past weight I've put on

We've been going back and forth with having good days and bad days with eating. Some days we only have one small meal, because we have to eat with our mom (lockdown and living with her) and other days we have two decent meals and a few snacks. It's frustrating that we can't stick to good eating...

I had mcdonalds today

chose the bigger portion of nuggets, and I ate way too fast (kept coughing)

and now I'm eating some candy

I ate too much this weekend (the majority being potato chips and lollypops)

looking at my menu for at least the next 3 nights, I think I'm in trouble

that is to say: not one healthy item listed

I did want fruit salad today, but didn't have fruit in the house. need to get some

I still havon't got any fruit, so today had marmite on toast

yesterday I had takeout (mcdonalds) which was yum

and tonight I am having sausages

Been all out of my raw vegetables, which are my favorite food. So I'm eating sauerkraut that comes in a can. I had some for breakfast. I hate not being able to go shopping at all, nowadays.

I'm trying to eat more produce and seafood. Tonight I'm having scallops with zucchini and tomatoes and some spaghetti. I know, fancy lmao

I can't do seafood.

the smell usually makes me run a mile

can barely eat anything tonight.
