new day, and so far today I've actually been quite healthy

I've had some grapes, some peaches, and a juicy apple

and a glass of water

going well so far

barely any snakcs yesterday, downside is that I didn't enjoy my dinner and it didn't fill me up, so ended up quite hungry

all I have eaten today is 8 grapes and I am quite hungry. so will find something to eat, not sure what though

Hi, new here, and struggling with food...also didn't enjoy my pizza, and didn't enjoy caramel shortbread last night. Was doing well counting cals, and eating more regular meals (rather than fasting and binging). Haven't smoked in 6 days and walked and fasted all day yesterday, then binge ate last night. It shuts down the stress for a minute, but there's 0 comfort in it! 😑 feel crap today. Trying again (lots of water and a light tea this evening) so I can feel better tomorrow 🙏

I hope being here helps you out. we're all really friendly. I've been here 8 years myself, and honestly couldn't wish for a better support group. it's great here.

yesterday I had a mcdonalds, and it as the first time this week I actually feel full (and not having to snack)

that's sad though:. the only thing that makes me feel full and satisfied is that.

and it isn't exactly the healthiest (at least not what I order)

I just finished eating a chinese takeaway

small consilation is, that when it comes to chinese food, I only go for the starters (crackers, ribs, prawn toasts)

but still, I guess takeaway 2 nights in a row is pretty bad

I'm so sick of people noticing my stomach bloat & glancing there!! Yet they look shocked when I look bony. Make up your mind. Or please don't look at my physique, period. Stomach bloat irritates tf outta me.

I had a semi blip in my recovery from bulimia a week or so ago

so I just finished eating a fruit salad (grapes, apples, plums) and feel full.

however: my tummy's decided otherwise and chose to let out a massive rumble and I'm standing their thinking.. oh wow really?. I just fed you and you decide to do that now?

ugg. I'm not going to eat though. I'm not hungry. will drink some water though (I have the flavoured kind today, orange and peach)

plus: I still had my chinese yesterday and a bit full from that

come on tum gimme a night off.

I ate a roast dinner yesterday for dinner, and that's all I ate. it didn't fill me up, (it wasn't really cooked well), but I can't remember why I didn't fill up on other stuff, I think my mind was elsewhere.

today I have started in the usual way (fruit salad and water). let's see how it goes

I just finished my dinner (I had sausages)

not sure I'm going to eat anything else- not because I'm full, because I'm quite incontinent from the food

I had a lot of snacks yesterday evening (just got the urge, and had about 5 bags of potato chips) ate them really quick too.

but apart from that, I've been really good, I think
my issue is when I'm really good (or think I'm really good), I end up starving. like I said before, it's the snacks that fill me up- not the main meals

burgers for dinner yesterday

not filling enough, so afterwards I had 4 (yes 4) yogourt)

still not filling: so went back to my room and had some cookies

still wasn't full so I just gave up.

sometimes their's just no filling me

I am very hungry today.

eaten my usual fruit salad to start the day, havingm cdonalds later, and probbaly lots of stuff in between starving!
