I got annoyed with myself today

my computer chair ran over a bag of chips- and the bag burst and they went all over the floor. ugg!. spent a while picking them all up and throwing them away (ashame, seems a waste)

eaten quite a few cookies today and chips
but did eat all my main meal too and I am full now

I wouldn't have been though if it wasn't for the snacks

Have been not eating enough and my sugar has been getting low lately

I feel like I’m doing recovery wrong. My mom says I eat too much (objectively) and says I should be more considerate and caring as this life isn’t just about me. She said if I thought about her more, the ED would go away. I feel like a selfish, fat f**k... I tried telling her that it’s in my plan to eat 3 meals a day but apparently my food choices and portions are bad and too much... I’m always in binge mode and I haven’t been able to bp in a long while so maybe subconsciously I eat a lot as if I’m binging so I could purge? Idk. I feel like I’m doing this wrong. I should know how to control myself by now...

eating too many chips again.

ate mcdonalds yesterday which was nice, then ate chips (which I didn't need, but ate anyway)

and ate chips and cookies today. for dinner I am going to be having burgers

I barely touched my roast chicken last night

here's what I don't quite get: I don't ever eat my chicken on sundays, (even if my stomach is empty), yet on sunday I still make roast chicken. I guess it's childhood tradition and it would feel wrong to break it..

oh well: hopefully I'll eat a bit more tonight

I am having takeout today- fish and fries
opted for the smaller portion of fries.

but not because I want to, it's because the big fries are too big

I overeat to compensate what is lacking in my life. Since 7-11-2020, I had lost 20 pounds. However, in this past week, I gained back 6 pounds. I accomplished that eating candy and eating bigger portions than I had been.

I have been experimenting with new flavors, like curries. So far, so good! The are delicious and I am trying to better my rice making skills. It's an art and I had no idea! I also bought a wok, but haven't used it yet.

Today, I don't feel as needy as I have, so I am hopeful to get back on track and resume my better eating habits. So, today, I will work on my emotions to face and accept them for what they are and how I feel about them.

I am having roast chicken today (which I hate)

makes you wonder why I do it, but it's tradition- like I've said before, I've had it for as long as I can remember. sooooo

I'd feel bad for breaking tradition, but it does mean I'll probably eat other stuff (either before or after the meal)

and I have loads of stuff. I freely admit that. too much, almost

I am almost regretting my choice to eat buffet food tomorrow

someone said to me today " it's a big meal"
