I don’t usually check in on here. But today I have 1210 calories logged into my app. But I gave my mom the last bite of my bagel because I saw a triggering truck with an advertisement on it. I also took the smaller half of the muffin I cut in half. And I used a teaspoon of apple butter instead of a tablespoon. So yeah once again I’m under 1200. I did a ton of walking. My therapist is pissed at me. I feel like things could get very out of control if I start exercising everyday. My therapist just gets mad she doesn’t really help the situation... my doctor took me off my topamax and added something else but it isn’t really making a difference.

I waited over an hour for the mcdonalds to arive. ugg. what's wrong with delivery drivers?

yesterday I had a delivery of crisps and candy and, I have to admit, I all ready started on it and halfway through most of the packets.

I had burgers for dinner but didn't enjoy them much (didn't like the type of bread used)

still struggling a lot with "undereating"

I have not enjoyed any of my meals since sunday, and only eaten half of it. snack wise I have been eating quite a bit, but that's actually bad because it should be the other way round

for the first time my mcdonalds wasn't as good as it usually is.

for some reason the chips (which are usually really salty) were actually quite dry

made me a bit sick but I still ate it, and it's still my high point of the week

yesterday I didn't eat any snacks, and only ate a small meal

I had chicken and hash browns

not feeling full, not feeling empty.. somewhere in between

yesterday my stomach did hurt after dinner though- I think it's the old eating too quickly

not sure why I feel that eating my main meal is some kind of race sometimes

I'm feeling a little frustrated
basically I heard a comment today oh.. you don't eat very healthy do you. you always eat the same things

yes, I do. I'm a picky eater.. so wake up and realise that and get used to it, it's not going to change.

I am hoping that my mcdonalds tonight is better than last weeks, (and better than my meal last night)

I had battered sausages, but I guess too much batter because it made me really sick and it hurt my throat (it's better now)
